Stop negotiating with yourself. Start leading yourself.

Seven guided sessions to identify your inner drivers and establish real authority over how you respond.

You Already Know What's Happening

You know what you want. Something inside you keeps stopping you.

There's a part of you that protects by hesitating. Another part that drives forward. They're not working together — they're working against you. And you're caught in the middle.

You're not inconsistent. You're unmanaged.

Part of you speaks up. Part of you shuts down. Part of you performs. Part of you withdraws. They're all real. They're all trying to help. But nobody's leading them — and that's the problem.

The noise inside gets louder than the knowing inside.

You can feel what's true. But then doubt, fear, or old patterns override it. You end up sabotaging the very thing you committed to. And you blame yourself for being "broken" instead of recognizing you've been unaligned.

Your Seven-Step Descent Into Authority

1

Your Cockpit — Access Your Inner Control Room

Relax deeply and discover the calm, clear space inside you where you can observe everything without being controlled by it.

2

The Foundation — Meet Yourself as the Captain

Establish your role as the leader of your inner world. Learn the difference between being run by your parts and running them.

3

Your Primary Part — Identify What's Driving You

Recognize the first major part of yourself — the one creating the most friction in your current situation. Understand what it wants and why it acts the way it does.

4

Dialogue with Your Primary Part — Establish Authority

Move from conflict to conversation. Learn to listen to this part without being controlled by it, and begin to lead instead of negotiate.

5

Your Second Part — Recognize the Full Picture

Meet the second major part — the one working against your first part. See the whole conflict clearly, not just one side.

6

Integration — Bring Your Parts into Alignment

Return to each part individually, this time with awareness of the other. Begin the process of getting them working together instead of against you.

7

Unification — Become Whole

Merge both parts and yourself into one unified presence — the captain in full command. This is where leadership actually lives.

Your Questions, Answered

How long are the sessions?

Each session is approximately 15–20 minutes. You can listen during commute, lunch, or before bed. Shorter than most podcasts.

Can I listen on my phone?

Yes. After you purchase, you'll get access through Teachable, which has a free app for iOS and Android. Download once, listen offline anytime.

Do I need meditation experience?

No. Zero experience needed. The method assumes you're starting from scratch and guides you through every step. If you've meditated before, you'll recognize some elements — but this is a different practice entirely.

What if I don't connect with it?

Check your Teachable account settings under Billing & Refunds for your refund policy details. You have options if the course isn't right for you.

Can I listen more than once?

Yes. Many people listen to sessions multiple times. The framework deepens with repetition.

What if I get stuck?

Each session is self-contained. If one session feels incomplete, the next one builds on it. You're not locked in—move at your own pace. But moving through all 7 in order is how the method works best.

Will this fix my problem?

No. But it will give you tools to manage it differently. This isn't therapy — it's leadership training for your own mind.
